These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website www.naplesboatour.com operated by Naples Boat Tour (“we”, “us”, “our”).

Naples Boat Tour provides an online platform allowing users to discover and book boat tours and experiences offered by independent third-party providers (“Vendors”).
We are not a travel agency, not a tour operator, and do not operate tours directly.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

3. Use of the Website

  • You must be at least 13 years old to browse the Website

  • You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information

We reserve the right to suspend or deny access at our discretion.

4. Bookings and Third-Party Services

4.1 All tours and experiences are provided by independent Vendors.

4.2 When you make a booking, you enter into a direct contractual relationship with the Vendor.

4.3 Naples Boat Tour acts solely as an intermediary and disclosed agent.

4.4 Vendors are solely responsible for:

  • execution of the experience

  • safety, quality and legality of services

  • cancellations, changes or delays

Naples Boat Tour is not liable for Vendor actions or omissions.

5. Pricing and Payments

  • Prices are shown per person unless stated otherwise

  • Prices may change until booking confirmation

  • Payments are collected by Naples Boat Tour as a limited payment collection agent on behalf of Vendors

  • Currency conversions are indicative only

Any bank or card fees are your responsibility.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Standard Cancellation Policy

  • No refund for no-shows or cancellations within 167 hours of the experience

  • 50% refund for cancellations within 360 hours

  • 100% refund for cancellations made more than 360 hours in advance

Some experiences may have non-standard cancellation policies, which will prevail.

Once an experience has started, no refunds are available.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • misuse the Website

  • submit false or misleading information

  • infringe third-party rights

  • upload harmful software or content

You are responsible for ensuring you meet all travel, health, passport and visa requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Website and services are provided “as is”.

Naples Boat Tour shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the greater of:

  • the amount paid for the booking, or

  • €100 EUR

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Italy and, where applicable, EU law.

Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Naples, Italy, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
